Education
Sherry earned her degree from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training-Sports Medicine in 2001. She continued her education by getting an Associates Science Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant in 2005.
Career
While getting her PTA degree Sherry worked in a busy Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic for several years. During that time she became the Director of Athletic Services for the continued Certified Athletic Trainer contract with PVUSD and Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic for 7 years. Over the past 12 years she has worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer, Director of Athletic Services, and Physical Therapy Assistant. She has enjoyed a variety of patients over the years but has a passion for post-operative patients and athletic injuries
