Robin is a licensed physical therapist at our Moon Valley/Phoenix Location. She was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and enjoys hiking, paddle-boarding, training dogs, and boxing in her free time.
Education
She received her Bachelor of Science studying Exercise and Wellness at Arizona State University, while working as a PT tech at Total Sports Therapy and coaching pole vault at her former high school, Shadow Mountain. She then proceeded to graduate from Northern Arizona University as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Professional Achievements
Robin has a range of clinical experience including pediatrics, work-related injuries, acute injuries, chronic pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. She believes in using a combination of personalized movements/exercises, and hand-on techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and joint mobilization to strengthen, rehabilitate, and aid in pain relief.
