Katie is extremely passionate about helping her pediatric patients and their families learn that there are so many possibilities in addressing their conditions. Most families of pediatric patients are looking for answers and Katie has worked with a highly skilled network of medical providers to help address her patients needs.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University.
After graduating she returned to the Valley and began working as a pediatric physical therapist at Phoenix Children's Hospital. This experience gave her exposure to treating a wide variety of unique pediatric conditions and working with some of the leading pediatric medical providers in Arizona. She realized many of her patients traveled long distances for her services, especially from the North Valley. She partnered working with Total Sports Therapy to now provide pediatric physical therapy to the North Valley.
- Worked with unique pediatric conditions, like, treating pediatric orthopedic and sports injuries, delayed milestones, torticollis, generalized weakness, balance/coordination deficits, gait abnormalities, and postoperative cardiovascular rehabilitation.
